The Writers Forum is a unique Brockport institution that is a source of interviews and information on contemporary authors from the late 1960s to the present day. It is a special collection that has certain limitations at times on use, and it is held in several different locations. See the items below for more information.

Videos - Drake Library CatalogMany, but not all, Writers Forum videos are cataloged and available for viewing and check out from the college library. (Some of these are in storage and may not be available immediately; ask for assistance.) This links is to a list of videos; we also have many books by Writers Forum authors and you can find them in our catalog. If you do not see the video you are searching for in the catalog contact the Archives at archives@brockport.edu.

Digitized InterviewsMany of the Writers Forum interviews have been transcribed and can be found in our new repository.

College ArchivesThe college has some transcripts of articles, accessible through our Digital Commons. The DC will go offline as of August 31, 2021. A new repository will be up and running sometime this fall. If you have any questions, please contact the archives at; archives@brokport.edu.
