Use SUNY Libraries
As a current Brockport student you have full access, including borrowing privileges, to all other State University of New York (SUNY) libraries. You must bring your valid SUNY Brockport ID card.
This means that if you are a distance student and you live closer to another SUNY, you are welcome to use their resources with your Brockport ID! When you search our catalog for books, use the limiter for "Other SUNYs" on the left to select your closest institution and limit to materials in their collection.
Use Rochester-Area Libraries
The RRLC Access Pass is a direct borrowing program that enables library users affiliated with a participating library to access materials onsite and borrow directly from another library with which they are not formally affiliated. The program is meant to provide serious library users with access to resources that are not available at their home library, nor available in other libraries open to the public. Current Brockport students and faculty are eligible to obtain a pass. For further information and to request a pass, please contact Pam O'Sullivan (firstname.lastname@example.org) in person, Monday-Friday in the Drake Memorial Library. The RRLC Access Card allows you to borrow materials on-site from most Rochester-area academic libraries including University of Rochester, St. John Fisher, and Rochester Institute of Technology.
Use Other Libraries
If you don't live close to a SUNY institution, we can help you access another college or university library to use their books and resources. Email us at email@example.com to request access to another library.
- Online@Brockport Student Resources: Online Student Nonphoto IDYou will need a student ID to borrow books from any SUNY college or university.
