This form was created to be an outlet for student employees. You are always welcome to speak in-person to any staff member. The advantage to this form is that it is available anytime and will allow for privacy if desired.
Let us know if you need a schedule change, have a procedure question, trouble with a co-worker, or anything that makes you curious. You are welcome to vent about a difficult situation or to offer praise for a fellow worker. We welcome and will actively work with your feedback and suggestions.
Drake Library's student employee training is designed to make you feel as comfortable and effective in your position as quickly as possible. While we do our best to include strong basic knowledge, the library has many moving parts. During your first few weeks you will learn as much from the day-to-day interactions as you will learn from the formal training.
The librarians and clerks are friendly, helpful people. Always feel free to approach any staff member with a question.
Meet your coworkers! Here is Drake's page of librarians and staff.
