KSSPE Research Tutorial

A guide to help you learn how to do research for KSSPE assignments

5. Article Lookup by Citation

Findng articles from the references list or a meta-analysis.

Often, you will find one or two articles that describe your topic well.

Look at the references list.  There, you may find other articles that apply to your topic as well.  Take those references, put them in the "Article Lookup by Citation," and it will link you to any article the library has access to.  If that does not work immediately, it will automatically fill out the interlibrary loan form, so that the library will get the article for you... for FREE!

If you have a citation and need to find it...

A short video that shows Article Lookup by Citation

If you have the DOI of an article, it is very easy to look top see if Drake Library has it. If we don't, then it goes straight to an interlibrary loan form.

If you do not have the DOI, you can put in the title of the journal and as much information as you have, and it will find it for you.
