Don't give up when you see Libkey.  It will allow you to find the item or direct you to request that a copy be sent to Brockport. Articles are sent as PDFs right to your inbox. Books are sent through the mail to Brockport and then held at Circulation for pickup (graduate students can have these items mailed home).

If you have the DOI, you can use LibKey to go directly to the full text. If you don't have the DOI, see if you can Google the article and use LibKeyNomad to get you to the full text.
